Restaurant review: Pei Wei Asian Diner
An unexpected delight in Amarillo.
Pei Wei is P.F. Chang’s take on Asian fast food. The prices are a bit more than what you’d find at a Panda Express, but in this case the food is made to order and just as delicious as the same dish at an actual P.F. Chang’s.
If you have 25 minutes for a meal, give it a try. A giant tub of unlimited fortune cookies awaits you.
